What a year we have had for 2024. The new government telegraphed some major employment rights shifts in 2024, with the introduction of the Employment Rights Bill… marking a substantial overhaul of existing legislation. As we close out the year, we take you through the key employment rights changes we will be looking out for in 2025!
It's our view, that the more you are able to acquaint yourself with your employment rights in this area, the more your rights will act as an early warning system, which you can use to spot bad treatment or illegal treatment that you may be suffering at work.
