This week we wade into the debate about whether you should be able to work from home and the office as part of your working week - what is more commonly termed… hybrid working. We also take you through the government’s top five reasons for pushing it’s policy of hybrid working and we suggest how you should position yourself to take advantage of opportunities to request hybrid working if or when this policy becomes part of your employment rights.
It's our view, that the more you are able to acquaint yourself with your employment rights in this area, the more your rights will act as an early warning system, which you can use to spot bad treatment or illegal treatment that you may be suffering at work.
