#234: What’s the Difference Between Making a SAR and a Freedom of Information (FOI) Request to Your Employer When Dealing With Grievances & Disciplinaries! Here’s What You Need to Know!

In this week’s episode we look at the difference between a Subject Access Request and a Freedom of Information Request, when used to obtain information from your employer that you might wish to use in pursuing a complaint about unfair treatment at work.
It's our view, that the more you are able to acquaint yourself with your employment rights in this area, the more your rights will act as an early warning system, which you can use to spot bad treatment or illegal treatment that you may be suffering at work.
