Jo Heckett: poet, artist, Earth worshipper. A lifelong feminist, Jo has a background in healing, meditation, design and the arts.
On a mission to awaken the divine feminine and put it back in its rightful place, Jo has set up a poetry subscription, the first of its kind. She writes, polishes, records and shares poems weekly to revive different parts of the spirit. Subscribers get her poems, in her voice, delivered straight to their phones.
Through the senses and pleasure her words anchor the long denigrated parts of the feminine experience back in the body.
Jo has a BA in Applied Art and an MA in Therapeutic Bodywork. She is busy envisioning the Matriarchy in our time.
Originally from the countryside in Co. Cork, Ireland, Jo has a culturally mixed background, which gives her a unique view on the world. She now lives in London, UK.
