Welcome back to another episode in my monthly ‘Ask Whatever’ series, where I answer your very own questions! You can actually expect a few more than usual Ask Whatever episodes in the next coming weeks as I try to get through even more of your questions! Don’t hesitate to continue to send them my way! This week we will cover an array of topics from, calculating calories on very specific foods like if you are going out to eat, eating foods you love, my thoughts on plateaus and exercise. 1. How do you eat only a small bit of delicious stuff?
2. How do you calculate how many calories a random piece of chicken has?
3. How often do we change our TDEE as our weight changes?

10. Do you enter your current weight into the TDEE calculator or your goal weight?
11. Can my deficit be created by exercise?
