In this episode, I am joined by Personal Trainer, Ade Osideinde, as we discuss how exercise can aid weight loss.
I kick off the episode by detailing my own experience with exercise, before losing weight and after.
Ade talks through the differences between cardio and weightlifting, the benefits of each and how frequently you should exercise.
We also discuss the other benefits of exercise, including its effect on your sleep, mental health and overall wellbeing.
