Acceptance is very important. To be able to accept our experience without judgment. Allow it to be ok that we are not the younger, stronger version of ourselves, or that we have an injury or dis-ease. Don't judge the pain and suffering you perceive. Allow it to just be, stay in a state of awareness. Transform the the experience to an important lesson about our life. It is ok not to be ok.
