Since nine years old, Tera suffers mental health issues. Over the years she was diagnosed with OCD, Anxiety, Depression, and many more. But it’s the diagnose of CPTSD that really explains her situation: feeling of worthless, unable to form secured attachment, issues of commitment, etc. In this episode, we talked about Tera’s journey from Minnesota to Berlin & from a trained Psychologist to a standup comedian.
