Having had a riding accident which involved lung surgery I had to learn to breathe again and use all of my lungs, I share this with you and it will help with both exercise and relaxation. I have also had previous money worries and very stressful jobs, which meant that I have had trouble sleeping, I have had to analyse what the issues were and how to get a good nights sleep and I share all of this with you as well.
