In this lecture i have summarized the available and upcoming drugs and other treatment modalities and evidence supporting each decision we make in HFpEF management. What should be the blood pressure of these patients? How to manage co-morbidities in HFpEF? What drugs to give? What treatments have no basis and should not be given?
