In this episode, I'm joined by Dr. Bill Gallea, an emergency medicine physician who sought work-life balance early in his career. Living life to the fullest, he enriched his life with sled dog racing and fishing. Even after having 44 years of practicing medicine, Dr. Gallea is still going strong and only in semi-retirement.
