This week on Barbell Radio, I interview Powerlifting Coach and Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant Michael Pyon. Mike is also the owner of a coaching platform, School of Mikey P (@schoolofmikeyp) where he coaches beginner to elite level, as well as domestic to international Powerlifting athletes. In this episode, we talk about injuries during Powerlifting training and how he deals with post-injury mental and physical struggles that his clients face as well as himself. We also discuss self-discipline, resilience and patience when it comes to training for strength.
