Welcome Back! Thus far I have discussed my journey with spirituality and how it has evolved my life to become more joyful. In this episode I go into some specific self-care practices that have helped me in feeling some additional grounding in my life. Inviting presence in my life is most definitely not something I need to make time for, it's just a wonderful lens of viewing the world around me.
