It is true that some people are given more opportunities, more resources, more access. These are facts, but these facts are not our focus.
Our focus is on running our own race. We make the most of every opportunity. We pursue excellence at every turn. We are relentless, persistent, and undaunted.
We sow our seeds, cultivate our crops and trust God for the harvest. We work towards the world that Jesus and the prophets described:
A world where, “Everyone will sit under their own vine and under their own fig tree, and no one will make them afraid…” -Micah 4:4
Life’s not fair, but God is good. The verse quoted above ends, “for the Lord Almighty has spoken.” What God has declared shall one day be. So we do the work, to make it so.
