Do you feel like you've been doing personal growth work for some time, only to still feel like something's missing -- like you're still not whole?
Maybe you've been so focused on your mind and body that your soul feels undernourished.
Or maybe you've been so focused on understanding and supporting your emotional body that you've been neglecting your physical body.
This bonus mid-week episode explores the following questions:
1. How would you describe your relationship with your mind, your body, and your soul? (ex: allies? partners? on the same team? enemies? purposefully ignorant? unintentionally absent?)
2. Do you spend intentional time caring for your mind, your emotional body, your physical body, and your soul?
This is work I'm doing in my own life. I've learned that when I approach my days more heart and soul-centered, the rest of me feels so much more aligned.
I've also recently felt the pull to take better care of my physical body. I want to have more energy and to feel physically stronger. I've started slowly incorporating running back into my life and am looking for different, fun ways to be more active.
