She has a powerful story of transformation after having been addicted to drugs. Let me just tell you, she is powerful and on fire! She's an empowerment coach and a certified fitness trainer. She's a mother of two beautiful babies, she's engaged to her best friend, and she's on a mission to empower moms to break the chains that are holding them back. She's empowering moms emotionally, spiritually, and is teaching them how to take care of themselves. It was such an honor to have this crossover episode with her. We are both Empowerment Coaches on the same mission, and we wanted to bless women with this crossover episode. It's powerful when you collaborate with other strong and inspiring women.
