Welcome to this Monday motivation episode. This episode is going to be a little bit different. I had the honor and the privilege of speaking to an amazing group of women. They sell beautiful nail art and are helping women feel beautiful on the inside and look beautiful on the outside. During this motivation call I spoke about leadership, not giving up, and also believing in yourself. I believe that this episode is really going to empower you.

It is so easy to forget why we started what we started; and it is so easy to get discouraged. Let's face it, there's so much that happens in life. I want to encourage you today to please not give up on what you're doing. Don't give up on why you started because leaders don't give up. Leaders have been privileged to influence and impact others.
