Do you know the reason you want that sexy or slim figure, that new house, to find love, etc? I think by now you probably already know that all we're ever chasing is a feeling. Everything we do is either to avoid a bad one or chase a good one. Our goal, no matter what we think
What I will be encouraging you to consider this week, is to begin to wonder what feeling do you believe reaching these goals will give you?
And better yet, what if, that emotion you're waiting to feel could be generated from within you, right now?
