Patrick is commercial real estate broker specializing in land transactions. However, before becoming a broker, Patrick served as an elected County Commissioner in Fulton County, Georgia. Patrick discusses how this experience gives him a different viewpoint than most brokers. He also discusses what he considered when he assessed a development project's viability as a commissioner.
