How will things play out in the group stages of the continent's premier competition? With both Audax Italiano and Universidad de Chile drawn against the cream of the crop in South America, it's going to be a tough test for both managers.

Off the back of a disappointing end to the previous season, will Renzo's investment in a crop of new talent pay off? And will they gel in time to produce the performances he needs against Argentinian giants River Plate? Whilst for Pa, having not invested a huge amount after his domestic double, will the lack of investment come back to bite him? Especially, as he's been drawn against the 4th and 5th best teams in Brazil the previous year.
