This is part one of my Ayahuasca experience at Rythmia in Costa Rica. During my seven days there, I had so many tender and eye-opening moments. We didn’t have much time to record this episode because we had a plane to catch, so this is just the beginning of my story. In the next episode, I’ll dive into all the magical—and not so magical—parts of my trip.
This journey completely shifted my perspective on so many things, and I can't wait to share it with you! From the stunning resort and new best friends to the intense self-reflection and visions during the Ayahuasca ceremonies, every moment was transformative. I’m super excited to take you along and hope it resonates with you as much as it did with me.
