In this episode I talk to Lisa Boate, a certified menopause coach who spent 20 years working in the education sector. Lisa walks me through the different roles she had going from class teacher to mentoring other teachers and working in management positions, and how COVID demonstrated that the education system was doing a disservice to both students and staff. From there she takes me through her journey of physical pain from doing a job that didn't agree with her, taking a year out to find herself, and deciding what she really wanted to do with the next chapter of her life.
