business, and in particular, the necessary ingredients when it comes to creating and
maintaining a dynamic high-performance culture. Hosted by TritonLake founder and
CEO, Conor Smyth, guests on TritonLake Perform will come from the world of sport
and business, with particular focus on businesses operating in the countries where
HSBC Sevens World Series Events take place - many of which are key markets for
TritonLake. The second episode of TritonLake Perform features David Nucifora, the
High-Performance Director of the Irish Rugby Football Union. David outlines his
journey from being a player, to coach, to high-performance roles, as well as the
journey the IRFU’s Rugby Sevens programme has been on since he took charge.
David outlines the goals for the programme over the coming years, and shares some
of the best leadership lessons he has picked up from his career to date.
