Happy New Year! Ya'll, time has flown by so freaking fast! Seems it was July, yesterday! 2019 was a reminder that time waits on no one. Nevertheless, I am grateful for a fresh start. I know you are thinking this is an episode shouting, "new year, new me....blah. blah", but nope...lol! I do not strive to be a new person but simply to become better. This year, I am on a journey to pursue the absolute best lifestyle I can achieve...that includes emotional, mental, psychical and spiritual health. In episode number 9, A Fresh Start, I highlight goals for PT98 brand and I also share my personal goals. Nothing too deep just sharing what my focus are for this year.
