Richelle Jessey is a former HR/Training Development Manager turned Business and Mindset Coach for female coaches looking to scale their coaching business so they too can escape their 9-5 doing work they're passionate about!
While in her previous 9-5 career, Richelle discovered the coaching industry and the personal impact it had on her colleagues and the organization as a whole. This intrigued her enough to pursue a yearlong coaching certification from iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching), so she could master the skills needed to guide others to achieve their highest potential.
After successfully launching a leadership coaching business, she had others in her network seeking guidance on creating, launching, and scaling a business. While feeling her passion being pulled from leadership coaching to business coaching, Richelle developed the Side Hustle to Main Hustle Coach Academy which is her signature methodology that walks her clients through a proven framework for scaling a coaching business in a way that combines mindset work that is critical for the entrepreneurial space and industry-leading business essentials for building a sustainable, results-driven coaching business.
Her clients have achieved results that include:
• Leaving their 9-5 during the 6-month academy,
• Selling out their services,
• Increasing the pricing (and sales!) of their services,
• Gaining PR and collaboration opportunities,
• Increased inquiries from ideal clients, and more!
She is passionate about empowering women to build the life and coaching business of their dreams so they can experience time and financial freedom doing work they love! When not coaching, Richelle enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, wine tasting, and enjoying time with friends and family!
