In this special news program, Toby Sherman, Claudia DiLima, and Kylie Tuttle from U92's news staff spoke about the foster care system in WV. Their reporting included interviews with a former DHHR employee, a foster parent and the Frameworks director at Mission West Virginia to learn more about the system.
