In this episode of the Treasury of Solomon podcast, we look at Proverbs 1:12, which says, "Let us swallow them up alive as the grave; and whole, as those that go down into the pit:" We look at what we can learn from this verse. We look at the band of highway robber's further effort at enticing a man to join their ranks. they were revealing their desire to not only steal from traveling men but also kill them, and we find that it even goes much deeper than that. They not only want to kill men physically they also want to do so morally. There's a lot that we can learn from this verse about how the devil operates and tempts us so that we can be better prepared to successfully resist and come against his attacks.
