I am joined today by my beautiful guest and Zen student, Lena of the Mindful Homesteader, and Forest Moon Chocolates. Lena is a cacao keeper, a yoga and meditation teacher, and lover of the land and the food we can grow from it. She crafts incredible pure artisan cacao offerings, here on Salt Spring Island, and creates beautiful on-line and in-person retreats and workshops.
