Dr. Collin's career has taken her from a postdoctoral fellowship at the Brookings Institution to collaborating with major international organizations such as the United Nations and IFES. She has worked on election projects with refugee and expat communities in various regions, including the US, Europe, Asia, MENA, and sub-Saharan Africa. Her research and teaching are deeply informed by her commitment to understanding how democratic decision-making processes can contribute to or complicate the quest for peace.
