Bio of Alison Guzman: Alison Guzman holds a Master’s degree in Ethics and Global Affairs/Indigenous Rights from The American University in Washington DC. She also earned a Bachelor's degree in International Studies/Multi-Ethnic Studies from the same institution and Museum Studies at the Institute of American Indian Arts in New Mexico. Based in Chile, since 2013, she has worked alongside Mapuche communities to co-design strategies for sustainability and is learning their language Mapudungun. She also speaks Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Guarani.
