Coming up on today’s show my guest is Robert Christophor coppes ,
My guest was born in Venezuela lived in Iran and was brought up in the Netherlands
Robert studied economics at university then went on to work in the banking Sector later he returned to university working as an assistant professor and subsequently gained his phd -
Shortly after Robert returned to the banking sector and made a career for himself
Robert is an accomplished author and
One of His first books was written
After his brothers tragic death from AIDS Robert decided to write about that experience in his 2021 book titled Michael’s cloak’ a heart warming account of Michael’s last few month of life and the time his friends and family were taking care of him -

Robert has also written of the tragic massacre at the village of Screbrenica in the former Yugoslavia this book is titled beyond the yellow bridge this account tells when all the men of that particular village were taken away from their families and massacred in an act of cold blooded murder -a traumatic tale of wickedness and hate .
Moving on today’s subject of Near death experience’s
In 1978, when Robert read his first book on NDE’s (by Raymond Moody),he was deeply touched and this sparked an interest in this fascinating subject that led to Roberts first published book on the Near death experience called ‘Messages from The Light’.
This was translated in to three different languages-

This fascination of what lays beyond our life’s perception didn’t end there for him-
He went on to write a second book titled Impressions of Near-Death Experiences, a book with many quotes and inspirational accounts from those who have left this sometimes painful existence and then returned-
testimonials from medical personnel and family members also attest to the credibility of these accounts-
Having read this book I can thoroughly recommend it - on a personal level it’s affirmed and reinforced what Through the years I’ve been alive have come to feel , believe and now accept to be a profound truth ,
That in fact There is no end to ourselves only to the avatars we inhabit
This intro could continue on and on because Robert has accomplished much in his life but I’ll end it with this - in 2019 he states that he retired to do nicer things ,
He now spends his time working with refugees - and also helps children with extra tutoring when needed and giving assistance to other people that are in need of a little help.
