Rafael Garay is a motivational speaker, business coach, and an extraordinarily successful entrepreneur. After being incarcerated and nearly losing everything, Rafael decided to change the trajectory of his life. He climbed his way out from rock bottom and all the way to the top as a (now former) corporate recruiter. He began studying personal development and learning neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). Rafael then went on to spend years as Director of Talent Acquisition for one of the world's largest advertising agencies until he left the corporate world to pursue his dreams. His goal is to make sure that others get to overcome their struggles and live the life they too, were born to live.
