On this week’s episode, we discuss the importance of healthy individuals and marriages, including Josh and Lisa’s desire to create a Seacoast staff culture that encourages individuals to open up about personal challenges. The couple shares their hearts for staff members to be healthy, even providing a strategic plan for restoration of health. We’ll also talk about why Josh and Lisa operate off the assumption that if there are healthy marriages and healthy individuals doing ministry, productivity can be relinquished to God (1 Corinthians 3: 6-11).
