Our guest for our 80th episode is Colin Hill. Founder of the Great North Swim, London 2012 Olympics marathon swim organiser and all-round open water swimming legend.
We explore everything open water, from mental health to the massive growth in people taking up cold water swimming over the last few years.
It’s a fitting finale to our 10th season as our first episode was with a passionate swimming coach and now for our 80th show we’re at it again.
