Hosts Glenn & Amber Schworm visit a property their team has under contract to wholesale. Wholesaling the property only works if they can make a profit between purchase and the re-sale.
But when they get to the property there are two major issues, solar panels and an attic that cannot be finished. They share with us why each of these items is a problem for wholesalers and the numbers of why they are walking away from this property.
