Opinions are every where, the choice to accept or reject these opinions is absolutely ours to make. Sometimes we find ourselves on paths we should have avoided, because we listened to the opinions of others. The only opinion that should matter to you is yours. Marching to the beat of your own drum becomes easier when you flex that Trust muscle.

When you prove to yourself that you are dependable, reliable, and you have unwavering faith in your abilities the world presents opportunities for you to continuously prove, nurture and build your self-trust. You are here for a purpose and there is something only you can do. So do the work and be intentional with all aspects of your life! So your thoughts, speech, behavior and message must all be intentional.

As yourself-trust increases so to does your sense of self and the knowledge that you can do anything you set your mind to and also the belief that anything you imagine with feeling is yours. A growing self-trust will help you appreciate the infinite wisdom that created you.
