Three months have passed since I took the leap and moved in with my man.
Establishing a new routine has become a top priority since living with him. My old habits just didn't cut it anymore, and I've had to figure out how to balance our lives under one roof. Communication has become key, as I've expressed my struggles and worked together with my partner to find solutions.
I've come to realize that it's okay for things not to be equal all the time. My man and I have different rhythms, and that's perfectly fine. Seeking reassurance from both him and loved ones has become a regular part of my routine as I've adjusted to this new chapter.
It's been a journey of self-discovery and compromise, but I'm slowly finding my footing. So, if you're in a similar situation, remember to communicate openly, embrace the differences, take it one step at a time, and strive for that balance!
