-How Breaking your Day into 24 Hours at a time and focusing on one perfect day at a time, rather than being overwhelmed.

-How to Create a new Habit. You never stop a habit. You only replace a habit. Choose a healthier habit.

-Every person you meet is both a warning and an example. If you hang around with someone long enough, they will eventually present a warning of what not to do. They will also present something positive which will set an example. Learn from each person you come across.
