Yet a lot of the time we get dissuaded because in the pursuit of what we want we end up feeling worse maybe then we started. That’s why today on the podcast I’m talking about our emotions, specifically when we take on goal and how we’re actually supposed to feel worse and how we work through it and experience the true joy that is to live and go after our dreams.
