Hope you enjoy this topic on cold therapy exposure. I started to learn more about benefits of cold therapy after my workplace got more involved with a man named "Wim Hof". The breathing techniques was passed down and we started sinking ourselves in 1 degree ice water for up to two minutes.
My first experience was terrible, but I got better.
Here I explain briefly the benefits of short term cold and methods of getting it done.
