This week we're talking all about the entrepreneurial journey and what that's like to start a food product, to bring it to market, some of the marketing aspects of it, the sales aspects of it, what she's doing to create a community and social media and everything else that that comes with that. So I'm excited to hear a little bit more about her entrepreneurial journey. And hopefully some of the things that we talked about resonate with you. They're still resonating with me regarding what Lauren said about, you know, not making your business your identity, understanding that whatever your circumstance looks like, whether that's good or bad, doesn't doesn't define you as an individual.
