It is a fantastic, healthy, sustainable food service business. They do prepared meals, grab and go, and they actually opened up a brick and mortar location about a year ago. She also owns a big food collective, Charleston Commercial Kitchen in North Charleston, where she has over 30 tenants utilizing the kitchen. It's turned into an awesome real estate play for her.
