Today’s episode is about the life-changing power of winning routines and why prioritizing ourselves is critical to reducing overwhelm and achieving our goals. As a total health, habit, and empowerment coach, I often discuss the importance of consistent routines. However, it took my own experience with burnout and anxiety to realize their true impact.
In this episode, I’ll share how placing myself on the back burner led to unexpected challenges with mental health, which ultimately inspired a journey of spiritual growth and intentional self-care. I discovered that a grounded relationship with God and surrounding myself with supportive people were crucial steps in my healing. Now, routines like nighttime winding down and morning intention-setting allow me to nurture my mind, body, and spirit daily.
