In this week’s Traffic Report, Shane Hoffmann and I try and figure out why, and also recap Tualatin’s thrilling upset of West Linn in the 6A boys state tournament.

Then — oh yeah, today is a twofer — Chantel Jennings stops by to give us the lowdown on the Women’s NCAA bracket and how the Caitlin Clark Show at Iowa compares to the Sabrina days in Eugene.
