The Apostle Paul writes to the Corinthians in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 "... do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body."

If our bodies are truly Temples of God, why don't we treat them as such? It is too easy for believers to neglect physical health while focusing on spiritual growth. And yet, the scripture is rich with instructions on how we should treat our physical bodies. Your body is a temple, it's time to start building.
