Gavin Heward is a strength coach and physical therapist with over 20 years fitness industry experience. He has worked with world class Powerlifter Odell Manual, as well as international level athletes in Tennis, Basketball and Track & Field. Gavin is a former teacher at the FMA Strength Institute and does a lot of work now mentoring Personal Trainers, Strength Coaches as well as Osteopaths and Physiotherapists.
