めざまし英会話9回目はAt the hotel checking in(ホテルでチェックインをする)です。今回はExpediaなどのネットを通して予約した場合の言い回しなどが参考になりそうですね。別室に泊まる人が喫煙者の場合、何と言って喫煙ルームに変えてもらっているでしょうか？ぜひ参考にしてみてくださいね。

【You】We’ve reversed 2 rooms through Expedia.
【C】 May I see both of your passports, please.
　　Yes, you have 2 deluxe rooms booked under the name of Ms.Tanaka,
　　would that be yourself?
【Y】Yes, that would be me.
　　And the other room should be booked under Mr. Kimura.
【C】 Yes, we have your rooms ready.
【Y】 Would it be possible to change Mr. Kimura’s room to a smoking room?
【C】 Let me see if any smoking rooms are available.
　　Yes, we have a smoking room available
　　but it would be a twin bed room,
　　would that be ok with you?
【Y】Yes, that would be fine.
【C】 Here are your room keys.
　　Our breakfast is served from 6am to 10am at the lounge on the top floor.
　　You can take an elevator over there to go up to your rooms.
　　Please leave your suitcases with us,
　　and we will bring them to your room.
【Y】Thank you very much.
【C】 Thank you Ma’am.Have a nice stay.
