For the second segment, Michael is joined by our regular political analyst, Dan Mahaffee, who breaks down last night's Supreme Court non-decision on the Texas law that creates a new civil vigilante reward system, and what some of the implications are for American politics and the American judiciary.

For our special segment, we welcome Joshua Huminski, a defense and security expert, to analyze the American withdrawal from Afghanistan. Josh tells us that while the American pullout and subsequent collapse of the Afghani government is a black eye, it would be serious miscalculation to interpret that as a decline of US capabilities.
