I've known this episode's guest for close to a year now, and as I've gotten to hear her story in our conversations, I remember telling her that when she was ready, I wanted to give her a platform to share it. That time has finally come. Saying that she's had a "tough year" doesn't begin to describe the story she's going to share, full of emotional turmoil, anxiety, trauma, and more.
