Welcome to The Dilepp Niggamm Show. I am a certified John Maxwell Success Coach, A motivational Speaker, a Writer and an entrepreneur. In my last talk on “How to Re-invent Yourself to Thrive in Post Covid era” I shared a few key perspectives on the subject and I would like to refresh them, before presenting today’s talk.
In order to re-invent ourselves in the post-Covid era, we need to embrace a mantra and I call it “Refresh and Re-boot”. The way we refresh our computers, in our life too, we need to refresh and reboot our thoughts and mind to clear the mental clutter and move forward with a positive vision for our future.
The three foundational principles to implement Refresh and Reboot strategy include, managing your attitude, live a life of gratitude and detox your mind.
